A Sweet Adventure in Disneyland

During the summer holiday, my friends and I visited Japan , which is about a six-hour flight from Chengdu. We stayed there for nine days and visited various famous tourist attractions. And out of all of them, the one I’ll never forget is Tokyo Disneyland.

Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve enjoyed Disney movies and fell in love with those lively characters. Being a Disney princess has always been my sweetest dream. So staying in the “wonderland” for a whole day was undeniably like a dream come true for me.

We arrived at the gate early in the morning only to find an already long line outside the door. Tokyo Disney Resort is also a popular holiday destination for Japanese people. Then the door opened and the crowd poured inside.

The minute I stepped into the fairy world ,my eyes met the wonderful architecture that I had seen in the movies before .I was thrilled and couldn’t help screaming.

We headed straight to the “space mountain”. After about an hour of waiting, we were finally allowed to enter the building. Staff members guided us up the stairs and into our seats in a small vehicle. The room was dimly lit, and there was an atmosphere of mystery. Suddenly, the vehicle started. It was slow at first but gradually accelerated. By the time I finished the ride, I could barely speak out of fright. However, it was an extremely interesting experience to have overall.

There are many other things to do in Disneyland, for instance, having a romantic encounter with an elegant princess, joining an exciting parade or getting really delicious food in a lovely restaurant. A relaxing atmosphere hangs over Disneyland. Everyone wears warm smiles, discarding their sadness and “fake masks”.

This trip was surely one of the best adventures of my teenage years.
