Shuangliu Middle School was founded in 1940. The approval letter for the establishment of the school was signed by Jiang Zhongzheng, who was also the chairman of Sichuan Province at the time. People in Shuangliu kindly call our school "Lao Shuangzhong". As early as the 1950s, Shuangliu Middle School enjoyed the reputation of "Little Huaxiba" and "Garden School". In 2011, in the "Looking for the Most Beautiful Campus in Chengdu" activity organized by the Sichuan Provincial Press Group, our school won the first place in the "Top Ten Middle Schools on the Most Beautiful Campus in Chengdu".
